LawnAndHall

Terms & Conditions

These terms explain the rules for using LawnAndHall — accounts, venue websites, content, enquiries, and your responsibilities as a venue owner.

Using LawnAndHall

Last updated: September 21, 2026

LawnAndHall is a multi-tenant platform for venue owners. These Terms set out how you may use the Service, what you own, and what we provide in Phase 1.

  • You keep ownership of your venue content; we host it to run your site.
  • Each tenant’s website and data stay logically separate.
  • You are responsible for what you publish and how you handle enquiries.

01

Agreement to These Terms

What these Terms cover and when they apply.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of LawnAndHall.com (the “Service”), a multi-tenant SaaS platform that lets lawn, banquet, resort, farmhouse, open-space, hotel and other venue owners create, customise and publish a professional website on a unique subdomain such as royal.lawnandhall.com.

By creating an account, signing in (including with Google), creating a tenant/business, publishing a website, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to venue owners and their team members (“Tenants”), and to anyone who uses our marketing site at lawnandhall.com. Visitor use of a Tenant’s public website is also subject to the Tenant’s own practices and to the rules below that protect the platform.

02

The Service

What LawnAndHall provides today.

LawnAndHall is designed as a “Shopify for venues.” The current version of the Service includes:

  • Account signup/login, Google sign-in, email verification, password reset, profile and account settings
  • Multi-tenancy with isolated tenant data and a unique subdomain (for example royal.lawnandhall.com or greenvalley.lawnandhall.com)
  • Venue categories such as Lawn, Banquet, Lawn + Banquet, Resort, Farmhouse, Open Space and Hotel, with room to add more later
  • Business and venue details (name, logo, cover image, description, address, phone, WhatsApp, email, Google Maps location, website and social links, capacity, facilities, pricing, event types and opening/availability information)
  • Professionally designed templates matched to venue types, and a section-based website builder: choose a template; enable, disable and reorder sections such as Hero, About, Gallery, Facilities, Services, Packages, Events, Testimonials, FAQ, Contact, Location and Footer; edit headings, descriptions, images, logo, colours and buttons; add facilities, packages, testimonials and FAQs; preview, publish and unpublish
  • Gallery uploads with categories, ordering, cover image selection and image optimisation
  • Enquiries from visitors, managed from your dashboard, and WhatsApp, Call and Enquiry buttons on public sites
  • A tenant dashboard to manage your business details, website, templates, gallery, content, enquiries and settings
  • Public tenant websites that are mobile responsive, SEO-friendly, fast and SSL-enabled

The Service does not currently include online booking, payment processing, subscription billing or custom domains. If we introduce these, additional terms may apply.

We may add, change or remove features as the product evolves. New templates and sections are intended to be added without breaking existing Tenant websites, and switching templates is designed to preserve your Tenant content, because a template changes only how your content is presented.

03

Accounts & Eligibility

Who may use the Service and how accounts work.

  • Business use: the Service is built for venue and business owners and their authorised staff. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
  • Accurate information: you must provide accurate registration and business details and keep them up to date.
  • Security: you are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • Roles: the Service has three roles. Admin is reserved for the LawnAndHall team. Tenant Owner and Tenant Staff are roles within a Tenant. Owners are responsible for who they invite and what those users can do.
  • Tenant status: we may mark a tenant active or inactive. Inactive tenants may lose public website availability until restored.

04

Subdomains & Public Websites

Your subdomain, publishing and platform rules.

Each Tenant may receive a subdomain under lawnandhall.com. Subdomains are provided for use with the Service and remain subject to our naming, availability and acceptable-use rules. We may reclaim, rename or suspend a subdomain that is inactive, infringing, misleading or harmful.

You can preview your website as a draft before publishing, and you can unpublish it at any time. When you publish, your selected template, sections and Tenant content are shown on your public website. You are responsible for everything you publish, including photos, pricing, testimonials, contact details, SEO titles and descriptions, and claims about your venue.

Public websites must remain mobile responsive, lawful and consistent with these Terms. We may apply platform-level security, SSL and performance measures.

05

Your Content & Responsibilities

What you upload and what you must not do.

“Tenant Content” includes text, images, gallery images, logos, packages, facilities, testimonials, FAQs, enquiry-related records and other material you or your team add to the Service.

You retain ownership of Tenant Content. You grant LawnAndHall a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process, display and transmit that content solely to operate and improve the Service (for example image optimisation, backups and delivery of your public site).

Your Tenant Content is kept logically isolated from other Tenants. Authorised LawnAndHall administrators may access and manage Tenant Content, websites, enquiries and media where needed to provide support, moderate content, maintain security or comply with law.

  • You must have the rights to publish all Tenant Content, including photos and testimonials that show other people
  • You must not upload illegal, infringing, defamatory, deceptive or harmful content
  • You must keep contact details (including WhatsApp and phone numbers shown on your site) accurate and lawful to display
  • You are responsible for how you use enquiry data from Visitors and for complying with applicable privacy and consumer laws

06

Enquiries & Visitor Interactions

How enquiries and WhatsApp/Call buttons work.

Visitors may submit enquiries (name, phone, email, event date, event type, guest count and message) on a Tenant’s website. Enquiry details are delivered to that Tenant’s dashboard for viewing, status updates, contact and deletion/archiving.

LawnAndHall processes enquiry data on the Tenant’s behalf to provide the Service. Authorised LawnAndHall administrators may also view enquiry records where needed for support, moderation or security. The Tenant decides how to respond to Visitors. WhatsApp and Call buttons open third-party apps or diallers using numbers from Tenant settings; those third parties have their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not a party to any booking, contract or dispute between a Tenant and a Visitor.

07

Acceptable Use

Rules that protect the platform and other users.

You agree not to:

  • Probe, scan or attack the Service, or attempt to bypass security or tenant isolation
  • Interfere with other Tenants’ data, websites or accounts
  • Use the Service for spam, fraud, phishing or unlawful advertising
  • Misrepresent your identity, business or affiliation
  • Reverse engineer or resell the Service except as allowed by law
  • Use automated means to scrape or overload the Service without our written permission

We may investigate violations and suspend or terminate access where needed to protect the Service or others.

08

Intellectual Property

Platform IP versus your venue content.

LawnAndHall, including its software, templates, section designs, branding, documentation and marketing materials, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of that IP to you.

You may use templates and the builder only within the Service to publish your Tenant website. You may not copy, redistribute or sell our templates or platform code as a competing product.

Feedback you send us may be used to improve the Service without obligation to you.

09

Availability, Changes & Support

Uptime expectations and product updates.

We aim to keep the Service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, outages, third-party failures or force majeure may affect availability.

We may modify features, templates and section schemas. Our architecture is intended so new templates and sections can be added continuously without corrupting existing Tenant websites, and so template switches preserve Tenant data. When we update a master template, the change is designed to affect presentation only and not overwrite your Tenant Content.

Support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. Contact details are listed at the end of these Terms.

10

Disclaimers & Liability

Limits on warranties and our liability.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that your published site will generate bookings, that enquiry forms will always reach you, or that third-party services (Google sign-in, Maps, WhatsApp, hosting or email) will be uninterrupted.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LAWNANDHALL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim (or, if you paid nothing, to a nominal amount permitted by law).

11

Indemnity

When you must protect LawnAndHall.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LawnAndHall and its team from claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: your Tenant Content; your public website; your dealings with Visitors; your breach of these Terms; or your violation of law or third-party rights.

12

Suspension & Termination

How access can end.

You may stop using the Service at any time. To close an account or request deletion of Tenant data, email us using the contact details below; the Service may not currently include a self-serve delete button.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or if a tenant remains inactive. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and your public subdomain may stop resolving. We may retain limited records as required for legal, security or accounting reasons, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

13

Governing Law & Changes

Which law applies and how we update Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date on this page will change. For material changes we may notify you by email or in the dashboard. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement for use of the Service.
