All bookings for events at Lawn and Hall must be made through our official booking process. A reservation is only considered confirmed once a deposit has been received and the booking contract is signed.
All booking requests are subject to availability. We recommend securing your date as early as possible to ensure availability.
A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance must be paid in full before the event date. We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods outlined in your contract.
Failure to settle the full balance before the event may result in cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the deposit.

Please notify us in writing if you wish to cancel your booking. All cancellations are subject to review, and we reserve the right to apply additional fees for certain cases.
The client is responsible for ensuring that all guests, suppliers, and vendors comply with our venue policies. Any damage to the venue property or facilities caused by the client or their guests will be charged accordingly.
Lawn and Hall reserves the right to terminate the event if there are any safety or security concerns.
The venue is available only for the type of event specified in the booking. Any use of the venue outside the agreed-upon terms (including unauthorized parties, concerts, or gatherings) is prohibited.
We reserve the right to deny access or ask for the removal of individuals or items that violate the event guidelines or pose a safety risk.
Clients are encouraged to obtain event insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, damages, and injuries. Lawn and Hall is not liable for any loss or damage caused to personal property or injury during the event.
The client is fully responsible for the safety and conduct of their guests and vendors.
Lawn and Hall is not liable for failure to perform its obligations if the failure is due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or acts of war.
We take your privacy seriously. Any personal information collected during the booking process will only be used for the purpose of facilitating the event. We comply with all data protection regulations and do not share your information with third parties without your consent.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lawn and Hall operates. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate court in that jurisdiction.
